I congratulate all women MMDCE hopefuls who have triumphed over the first hurdle of Regional Vetting to the National Vetting level.
I also use this opportunity to wish them well as the National Vetting begins today Wednesday, 09/06/2021.

I want to assure them that the National Women’s Wing continues to support their bid and hope that a good number of them succeed as we strive as a country to achieve the United Nations recommended threshold of 30 per cent of women participation in National Governance.
