Today, Vice President Dr. Bawumia, joined by some Ministers of State and Party Leaders stormed Agbogbloshie to tell our story to the traders and residents there.
We indicated to them that the Government has embarked on many social interventions and projects in the area to bridge the inequality gap.
As we speak, street lights in the areas are being fixed to reduce the crime rate, the main Agbogbloshie road has been asphalted and other adjoining roads are being fixed.
The Vice President assured them of the construction of brick pavements for the Market and also the introduction of the Skill Training Programme for about 2,000 Kayayei.
For the first time, an incumbent administration has engaged the people and considered the settlement a reality.
With courage and sound mind we shall tell our story.
