Constitution

First registered with the Electoral Commission on 24th June 1992, amended on 29th August 1998, 2003

and further amended on 22nd August 2009.

With faith in God;
Believing in the supreme dignity of man;
In common brotherhood of all Ghanaians wherever they may be;
And in the right of every Ghanaian citizen to freedom of
conscience, association and expression;
We the members of the Party:
HEREBY ADOPT UNTO OURSELVES AND PROMULGATE
THIS CONSTITUTION.
